The Challenge | Scenario

The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic across the Caribbean and the globe caused many to struggle with the challenges of insufficient income, job loss and mental stress. Our target audience included everyone in desperate need of ways to cope with the crisis personally and financially.

The Solution

We created ‘Pandemic of Performance’, a ‘first-of-its-kind’ initiative originating in the Caribbean, to help anyone gain the tools and mindset needed to adapt and survive through the current crisis.

It comprised three live-streamed online workshops to enlighten, inspire and motivate participants with techniques that would foster their innovation and creativity. These workshops focused on the following concepts: Intangience™, Innovation and Inspiration.

Results

As a freely gifted initiative of Guardian Group, Ross | ReThink and UPEACE, there were enormous intangible returns in participant engagement, satisfaction and relief, one of which was the recognition of the Guardian Group and its initiatives as an emerging platform of enlightenment, support and trust that many could turn to in times of need.

And with over 2,500 participants having registered online for the live-streamed initiative, these results clearly show that the objectives of the Pandemic of Performance were accomplished, by creating an audience and a collective mindspace where innovation and creativity could be fostered as an essential solution for survival and success in these unprecedented times.
